Deliveries are guaranteed from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Non-EU countries are not subject to IVA/VAT payment on purchases. As soon as payment is authorised, orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Returns and refunds

You can return any product purchased on our eCommerce within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods, as provided for by articles 64 – 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Italian Consumer Code.
The right to return a product is totally void if the returned product

• is not intact, for the absence, for example, of integral elements of the product (box, warranty and various attachments)
• has been damaged for reasons other than transport from the shop to the consumer and not previously reported

Products personalised with the MyPenSystem can also be returned.
Returns can only be sent from the country from which the order was placed.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, we will not be able to provide a refund and the package will be sent back to your address. If you would like more information on the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, please consult our legal area.
All costs resulting from the return of the product shall be borne by the Customer.

Product information

All Visconti products are made in Italy by our skilful craftsmen in our Florence workshops.

Each product undergoes manual processing and is therefore slightly different from others. Each piece we produce is therefore one of a kind.

WISHLIST

MATERIALS

The pen is made from fine Egyptian marble, aged bronze and brass, elements that gracefully come together as the result of extensive research by our craftsmen. The barrel, in marble, is complemented by a finely engraved blind cap, while the section, in bronze, holds the 18-KT gold nib. This yellow-gold color is reproduced on both the rings and the clip, which give the design its overall harmony. The cap is made of worked and aged bronze, the result of sophisticated technique and craftsmanship.
