Visconti gift cards can only be used to make purchases on the Visconti eCommerce website (https://www.visconti.it/en/). Visconti cards cannot be used to make purchases at Visconti retailers.
Visconti gift cards cannot be converted into cash (not even in the case of an unused residual amount), except for any consumer right to receive a refund in case of cancellation of a contract concluded online or in case of non-conformity.

Visconti is not responsible in case of loss or theft of Visconti gift cards or in case of unauthorized use of them. Visconti gift cards cannot be resold. Receiving a Visconti gift card does not automatically guarantee the purchase of any product. Visconti gift cards do not have an expiration date; however, Visconti may change the types of purchases that can be made through a reasonable and appropriate notice and by updating these Terms and

In the event of changes, you can decide to virtually return the gift card and get a refund of the unused residual amount. These Terms and Conditions of Visconti gift cards are governed by Italian law.
