Delivery Information

SHIPPING AND COST MODALITIES
Once the order has been received and paid, Visconti will process it within 5 working days, delivering the goods to the UPS express courier which will deliver it to the address of delivery.

Shipments take place from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays.

Shipping costs of € 10.00 throughout Europe for orders under € 50.00.
Free shipping throughout Europe for orders over € 50.00.
Shipping costs € 18.00 for orders under € 300.00 worldwide.
Free shipping worldwide for orders over € 300.00.

In the event that the customer makes use of the right of return, all costs for the return of goods  will be at customer ‘s charge.

Visconti sends the goods to the address of delivery indicated by the customer in the order form, by means of international shipping companies which guarantee reliable deliveries with the possibility of tracking the shipment.

Note: for HRH / Gold pens delivery will be within 30 working days.

INSURANCE
The goods travel at the risk of the purchaser.
The insured shipment must be requested when ordering the goods and at an additional cost.

SHIPMENT FOR EXTRA EU COUNTRIES
Extra EU countries are not subject to highlight VAT on purchases.
As soon as payment is authorized (payment by Credit Card, Paypal and Klarna) orders will be sent as soon as possible according to the deadline showed above.
From 1 January 2021, until further clarification of the customs and taxation regime between the UK and the EU, orders with a value of less than €150 (excluding transport costs) destined for the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) are temporarily suspended.

CHECKING THE STATE OF THE SHIPMENT
The customer can check the status of the order on the website www.visconti.it under the link “ACCOUNT> MY ORDERS”.
Alternatively, you can track the shipment by connecting to the website of the courier in charge of delivery by entering the received (tracking number).

DELIVERY
Shipments are made only by courier. A signature on delivery is always required.

It is the User’s right to accept that a delivery is signed by another  person on behalf of User, provided that the person is present at the address provided and is over 18 years old.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the customer will be asked to contact the courier in charge.

ECOMMERCE POLICY
Visconti reserves the right to cancel an order if there are technical or logistical impediments.
In which case the Customer will be entitled only to the return of the sum paid.

Visconti reserves the right to exclude some products and/or some countries from the eCommerce.
