Watches Warranty

For any other defects in material and workmanship, Visconti products are warranted for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Damages due to misuse by the user and/or resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is valid only if you provide a copy of the sales receipt certifying your purchase from an authorized Visconti retailer (NB: Amazon and EBay are not authorized retailers), stamped and signed by the retailer on the watch Warranty Information Sheet.

For repairs of out-of-warranty watches, a quote will be sent to the customer after checking the product at our laboratories; the watch will be repaired only with customer's approval. If consent is not given, the instrument will be returned and the customer will only be liable for the shipping charges.

For out-of-warranty repairs, shipping costs shall be charged to the customer.

Customer Service

For minor repairs, please contact the nearest authorized sales point, which already has a complete range of basic spare parts for Visconti watches.
For more complex repairs, please return your watch to the Visconti central service center.
Please send the product to be repaired, its parts and the warranty (if any) to the following address (shipping costs will be paid by the customer):

To help us carry out the repair work as efficiently as possible, please provide the following information for each watch to be repaired:

Store: Name, City
Customer Data: Name, Surname, Address, Phone number E-mail

This data is essential to carry out the repair and to provide the required assistance.

Watch Overhaul

Visconti provides an overhaul service for a fee:
watches are examined carefully and any non-functioning parts are replaced, if necessary.

Each product is checked to make sure that it works properly and the warranty is extended for 2 years (if the warranty has not expired for more than 30 days).
