How can I cancel my order?
We are sorry, but once confirmed, your order is automatically processed and cannot be cancelled. The package can be returned to us as per our Return Policy.
Can I add new items to my order?
Once your order has been processed, it is not possible to add new products. But you can place a new order and request in the text field that it be merged to the previous order and send with the same shipment.
How can I use discount codes?
By subscribing to our newsletter you will receive a welcome 10% discount code to use on your first order. When you use the code at checkout, the value of your cart will be recalculated based on the discount applied.
