You can return any product purchased on our eCommerce within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods, as provided for by articles 64 - 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Italian Consumer Code. The right to retrun a product is totally void if the returned product - is not intact, for the absence, for example, of integral elements of the product (box, warranty and various attachments) - has been damaged for reasons other than transport from the shop to the consumer and not previously reported. Products personalised with the MyPenSystem can also be returned. Returns can only be sent from the country from which the order was placed. If your return does not meet the above criteria, we will not be able to provide a refund and the package will be sent back to your address. All costs resulting from the return of the product shall be borne by the Customer.
