Design philosophy
“There is no difference between making a pen, a building, or a city, the underlying problems are the same.”
These are the words that Gaetano Pesce said to the journalists of Pambianco and La Repubblica during the IoPenna presentation at the Milan Design Week when they asked him in which way the creative project differed between a small-sized object and an architectural project like the Maestà Sofferente. The only difference is in size. The artist’s passion and design phases are exactly the same.
